Why are personalized badges the best option for your pup? They are affordable enough to add to every collar, no more moving pet ID tags from collar to collar! They are permanently sewn onto the collar which means they will not fall off and get lost. They are silent, no more jingle!

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us.

We truly believe you will love your new Goober product, but if for some reason you don’t, you have nothing to worry about. We accept exchanges on brand new (unused) items only in re-saleable condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized orders
  • Damaged products while in use

Goober Warranty

Goober products carry a limited 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects only (ie: broken buckles, loose stitching, etc) but does not cover wear and tear (ie: damage caused by a dog). For example a broken buckle would qualify for warranty if the buckle appeared to be in good condition, but would not be covered if it showed any signs of chewing damage. Any damage caused wear and tear such as rips, stains, chewing damage, heavy use or misuse (tie out), etc. is not covered under warranty.

What is the difference between standard collar and a martingale?

The purpose of a dog martingale collar is to provide a gentle but effective way to prevent dogs from slipping out of their collars during walks. The collar is designed to cinch if the dog pulls, but not to the point of choking or causing harm. This helps to keep the dog safe and secure while on a leash.

Martingale collars are suitable for a wide range of dog breeds, especially those with narrow heads such as Greyhounds, Whippets, and Afghan Hounds. They can also be used for dogs that tend to slip out of traditional flat collars.
